Here are some Sample Accountability Tags that I have sent and some tag orders.  Please feel free to contact me and request FREE Samples.  As you can see I can make a Custom Accountability Tag for you and include a Logo or Patch as part of the tag.

I use a Photo Process to make the Accountability Tags so adding a picture is easy.

A high quality picture of your patch with a white sheet of paper background is best.  I must remove the background from the patch and white is easiest.
